In collaboration with leading experts across the greenhouse industry, Niagara Propagators’ 17-acre facility was designed to optimize growing conditions, efficiency, and cleanliness. Breaking ground in November 2024, production begins January 2026.

June 2025: Glazing, glazing, glazing.
April 2025: Superstructure takes to the sky.
February 2025: Materials start to arrive on site.
November 2024: Ponds, which will be used to collect and recycle rainwater, begin to take shape.
May 2025: Superstructure nearing completion.
March 2025: Cistern construction begins.
December 2024: Forming for the foundation walls.
October 2024: Niagara Propagators breaks ground
August 2025: A summer of pouring floors.
September 2025: Equipment arrives.
October 2025: Utilities are connected
November 2025: Overhead work in the grow areas near completion.
